About Cindy Quayle. OPA (Oil Painters of America member)
Artist Profile -
Cindy Quayle, a former fine art gallery owner, has an extensive background in art history and fine art. Her love of Realism and Old Masters styles is reflected in her detailed architecture, landscape, portrait, and traditional still life paintings. Creating paintings en plein air (on location) has added a deeper sense of light, color and perspective to her landscapes. Cindy enjoys the richness and vibrancy of oil paint, painting almost exclusively in this medium.
Cindy has received numerous awards for her work as well as being featured in numerous magazines, publications, journals, television features and newspapers in the US and Canada. Her work is currently on display in galleries and is in several private collections internationally including the USA, Canada, Germany, Austria, and Taiwan.
Cindy owned a commercial art gallery, framing business, and conducted art classes from 2001 - 2008.
